Email Support – Outlook Express

Note: Outlook Express is no longer supported by Microsoft. It is highly recommended that you download and install Windows Live Mail, which has replaced Outlook Express. You can download Windows Live Mail by clicking here.

Step 1 – Click Tools and then Accounts

Step 2 – Click Add and then Mail

Step 3 – Display Name

• Enter your name

Step 4 – Internet E-mail Address

• Enter your email address

Step 5 – E-mail Server Names

• Select POP3
• Enter the server names provided by support

Step 6 – Internet Mail Logon

• Enter your email address as the Account Name
• Enter your password

Step 7 – Click Finish

Step 8 – Select Account and click Properties

Step 9 – Click Settings

Step 10 – Click on the Advanced tab

• Incoming server port should be 110
• Use the outgoing server port supplied by support
• Click ok
• Click close
