Email Support – Outlook
Step 1 – Click Tools and then Account Settings

Step 2 – Click New in Account Settings

Step 3 – Check box to manually configure account

Step 4 – Select Internet E-mail

Step 5 – Enter settings
- Your name
- Your email address
- Server Information
- Select POP
- Use the information sent by support to fill in the incoming and outgoing servers
- Enter your email address as the User Name
- Enter your password
- Click More Settings

Step 6 - Port settings
- The incoming server should be set to 110
- Enter the outgoing port that was supplied by support
- make sure that the encryption type is set to none

Step 7 - Finish
- Click ok to close the more settings box
- Click next
- Click finish
