Site Development Guidelines

Thanks for choosing CYber SYtes, Inc. for your website needs! With your help, CYber SYtes can create and launch your website in a timely manner and within budget.

CYber SYtes Development Process:

The Initial Phase - Once our Sales Team receives your 1) signed contract, 2) signed work order estimate, and 3) your deposit, your project will be placed in our project queue and sent to our Pre-Development Team.

The Pre-Development Phase - Our Pre-Development Team will set up your domain, hosting, and emails in order to get your website ready for development. This may include purchasing or transferring your domain, setting up emails, and installing software, etc.   The Pre-Development Team may request additional information as needed.

The Development Phase - A designer or program manager will be assigned to your project; they will be your primary point of contact during the development of your website.  They may request information to go on your website as needed.  Note: In most cases time spent discussing or otherwise communicating about your project is considered part of the design process and included in our invoices.
