Thanks for taking a moment to take our Customer Satisfaction Survey.  You’re here because one of our esteemed sales staff contacted you asking you to give us some information to help us better serve you and all our other clients.  I know, I know, you’re probably also here to take advantage of the free ad on PCBDaily we promised you for taking some of your valuable time to answer these quick questions.

Here’s how this works:

• Click the button to the right to take the survey
• Follow the instructions to take the survey (should only take about 5 to 7 minutes)
• Be sure you fill out all the required fields
• Be sure to hit the Finish Survey button on the end.

We’ll be in touch with you in a few days to get your ad set up.  But, if you’re feeling anxious, don’t hesitate to give your sales person a call and let them know that you’ve taken the survey.

Details: For taking the survey, we’re going to give you a free square ad for one month on PCBDaily.com.  The ad is located in the right sidebar and is sized 125 x 125 pixels.  The month will start the day your ad goes live and will end the day your ad has been live for exactly one month.  If you can provide the design, great.  Otherwise, we can do a basic design for you for free.  Thanks for taking the time to fill out our customer satisfaction survey and we look forward to serving you in the future!
