A step-by-step approach
We take a step-by-step approach to website development to help make sure your new site works towards your goals and that your project is completed in a timely fashion and on budget.
Discovery Phase
Your account representative will work closely with you to gather all of the information we need to complete your website. We should have a good idea of what the completed website will look and feel like plus a good start on the content. Most content is needed up front to ensure that we can quote your website accurately and build the best website possible.
Pre-Development
Our Pre-Development Team will set up your domain, hosting, and emails in order to get your website ready for development. This may include purchasing or transferring your domain, setting up emails, and installing software, etc. The Pre-Development Team may request additional information as needed.
Development
A designer will be assigned to your project and will communicate with your account representative. Your account representative will be your primary point of contact during site development and may request information as needed to create your website. Note: In most cases time spent discussing or otherwise communicating about your project is considered part of the design process and is included in our invoices.
Launch & Post-Launch
Launching your site is when we make it live on the Internet and available to your intended audience. At this point, all fees should be completely paid and the website should be complete, mobile responsive, and ADA compliant. Post launch, we can provide search engine optimization (SEO) for your site and you can begin expanding your content by adding blog or news posts.
